Ricardo has been making bread since he was just 8 years old. Growing up in Venezuela, he learned the craft from his own father, who had learned it from his father before him. For three generations, baking wasn’t just a job in our family—it was a way of life.
From waking up before sunrise to help in the bakery, to mastering the perfect loaf by hand, Ricardo carried on the tradition with pride. Years later, he came to the United States with nothing but his experience, a few treasured recipes, and a dream: to share the flavor of home with a new community.
